Refund Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Every installation of FLOW starts with a free 5-day trial, so you can check that it works with your accounts before you pay.
1. Refunds we give
- Duplicate payments: if you were charged twice for the same period, we refund the extra payment.
- A key that cannot be activated: if your payment went through but the license key does not work and we cannot fix it, we refund the payment.
- Where the law requires it: any refund your local consumer law grants you.
Write to us from the extension (FLOW → Support) within 14 days of the payment, with the email you used and, if you have it, the order reference. The refund goes back to the same payment method.
2. What is not refunded
- A period you have already used, or the remaining days of a period after you stop using FLOW.
- Changes on Google’s side: Google Flow credits, plans, limits or account restrictions are set by Google.
- Cryptocurrency network fees and exchange-rate differences.
3. PayPal subscriptions
Paying with PayPal starts a subscription that is charged $9 every month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account, under Automatic payments: no further charges are made, and the month already paid stays active. Charges made before you cancelled are not refunded, except as described in section 1. Removing the extension does not cancel the subscription.
4. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or a chargeback: most problems are solved faster that way. A refunded, disputed or charged-back payment deactivates the license key it paid for.
5. What a payment buys
A payment buys access to the FLOW software for the paid period only. It does not buy, and is not refunded for, anything provided by Google or any other third party.
