Terms of Use
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the FLOW Chrome extension, its companion program Flow Local, the local API they provide, the license sold for them and the website flow.2bro.dev (together, “FLOW”). FLOW is developed by 2Bro.Dev (“we”, “us”). By installing, opening or using FLOW, or by buying a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use FLOW.
1. FLOW is a software tool, and you are the one who uses it
FLOW is software that runs on your own computer, inside your own browser. We only develop the software. We do not operate any service on your behalf, we do not sign in to your accounts, we do not send requests to Google for you and we do not see, receive, host or store your prompts, images, videos or any other content.
Every action taken with FLOW — every request, every generation, every account it is used with and every file it creates — is started by you, or by the scripts, AI agents and automation tools you choose to connect to it, and is carried out from your own computer and network. You are the sole operator of FLOW and you are solely responsible for how it is used.
2. FLOW is not a Google product
FLOW is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, authorised, endorsed or sponsored by Google LLC or any of its affiliates. Google, Google Flow, Veo, Nano Banana and related names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe what FLOW works with.
Google’s services are provided by Google under Google’s own terms and policies. Your relationship with Google, your Google accounts, their plans, credits and limits are entirely between you and Google.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for, and you accept all risk arising from:
- complying with the terms of service, usage policies and limits of Google and of every other service you use with FLOW;
- the Google accounts, cookies and credentials you use with FLOW, and having the right to use them;
- everything you generate, download, publish or share, including making sure it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights and is lawful where you are;
- the scripts, AI agents and automation tools you connect to FLOW’s local API and what they do;
- keeping your computer, your API tokens and your license key secure.
Google or any other service may limit, suspend or close accounts, remove content or withhold credits at its own discretion. You use FLOW knowing this, at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any such action or its consequences.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use FLOW to break any law or the rights of others; to create or spread illegal, harmful, deceptive, sexual content involving minors, hateful or infringing material; to use accounts you are not authorised to use; to abuse or overload any service; or to copy, resell, redistribute or get around the licensing of FLOW itself. We may deactivate a license used in breach of this section without refund.
5. Trial and license
- Each new installation gets a free trial of 5 days, limited per device and per network.
- After the trial, a license is required to start new generations. A license costs $9 for 30 days and one key works on up to 3 devices at a time.
- A license is a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the paid period. It does not include any Google service, account, credits or content.
- You may not share, publish or resell a key. We may deactivate a key that is shared, involved in fraud, refunded or charged back.
6. Payments
- Payments are made inside the extension through NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) or PayPal. Prices are in US dollars. You pay for access to the FLOW software only.
- Before paying you tick “I accept the Terms of Use and the Refund Policy”. We keep the date and the version of the terms you accepted with your order.
- A cryptocurrency payment is a one-off payment for 30 days and never renews by itself; paying again with the same email extends the same key.
- PayPal is a subscription, not a one-off payment. When you choose PayPal, you authorise a recurring charge of $9 every month, starting on the day you subscribe. It renews automatically and keeps being charged every month until you cancel it in your PayPal account, under Automatic payments. Cancelling stops the next charges; the month already paid stays active and is not refunded. Removing the extension or stopping using FLOW does not cancel the subscription.
- We never receive your card details or wallet keys; the payment providers process them under their own terms.
- Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback.
7. No warranty
FLOW is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. Google may change its services at any time, and FLOW may stop working, fully or partly, until it is updated, or at all. We do not promise any result from using FLOW.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, our developers and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, content, accounts, credits, profits, revenue or business, arising from or related to FLOW, your use of it, Google’s or any other service’s actions, or content created with it — even if we were told such damage was possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to FLOW is limited to the amount you paid us for FLOW in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law allows.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 2Bro.Dev, its developers and partners from any claim, demand, loss, damage, fine, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) made by a third party — including Google — or arising from your use of FLOW, the content you create, the accounts you use, your breach of these Terms or your breach of any law or of anyone’s rights.
10. Third-party services
FLOW works with services we do not control, including Google, payment providers and the tools you connect to it. We are not responsible for their availability, terms, actions or content.
11. Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a license.
12. Suspension and ending
You may stop using FLOW at any time. We may suspend or end your access, deactivate a license or stop offering FLOW at any time if you breach these Terms or if continuing would expose us to legal risk.
13. Changes
We may change FLOW and these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its date; using FLOW after a change means you accept it.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that part applies to the greatest extent allowed. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about FLOW.
